Before founding Regal Advisory, Ben spent over a decade delivering complex construction and logistics projects across the UK, earning a reputation for precision, accountability, and execution under pressure.
Transitioning from engineer to strategic advisor, Ben has since built and scaled multiple companies, including leading engineering and consulting firms between the UK and the Middle East. His unique blend of technical understanding and commercial intuition gives him a sharp perspective on what growing organizations truly need, not just to launch, but to sustain long-term growth.

Gary Lumby MBE
Advisor – Business Strategy & Growth
Gary Lumby brings more than four decades of leadership in banking, finance, and business development to Regal Advisory. A former UK Director of SME Banking at Yorkshire and Clydesdale Bank, Gary has advised thousands of companies on funding, restructuring, and scaling, helping them navigate both operational and financial complexity with confidence.
He began his career at Barclays and rose through senior leadership roles, shaping SME growth strategies across the UK. His contribution to the finance industry earned him an MBE and a respected place as President of the Leeds Chamber of Commerce.
Today, Gary serves as a non-executive director for several high-growth firms, bringing hands-on governance and growth oversight. At Regal Advisory, he plays a pivotal role in refining client strategies, guiding funding readiness, and strengthening governance structures to enable sustainable expansion and operational excellence.
